Accommodation Services

Work & Well will medically manage all Accommodations including reduced schedule, temporary modified duty, extended leave or a workplace adjustment.  Work & Well’s process includes:

  • Requesting and reviewing medical documentation to medically validate the Accommodation request
  • Proactively investigating options that allow the employer to better accommodate the employee and allow him/her to perform their essential job functions
  • Clarifying and defining the Temporary Accommodations and its length with follow-up thru a full duty return
  • Providing forms to help document the Interactive Process.

Work & Well’s Accommodation services can be used separately or in conjunction with any of our Medical Leave Management services
